Lee Ho-seong, CEO of Seongbaek F&S, receives the Presidential Award for being selected as the "2025 Korea Small and Medium Business Meritorious Person."
Seongbaek F&S operates the "33 Tteokbokki" franchise business of Sandol Foods. Under the corporate slogan, "We're Not a Franchise, We're Friends!", it pursues policies that foster mutual growth with franchisees, partners, and customers.
33 Tteokbokki's Dream Store program provides entrepreneurship opportunities to women on career breaks, immigrant women, and young people. It provides dedicated employees at 33 Tteokbokki franchisees with training in labor, taxation, and marketing, as well as support for startup costs.
Furthermore, by directly distributing ingredients produced by its parent company, Sandol Foods, to franchisees, the company maintains a low raw material cost ratio and fosters mutually beneficial relationships with franchisees.
33 Tteokbokki officially launched the "33 Bunsik with 33 Tteokbokki" brand in Thailand late last year, and its first store in Thailand recorded 12 times the average kiosk sales in Thailand on its first day of operation.

The 2025 Gangwon SME Convention will be held at Chuncheon Sky Convention Center at 11:00 AM on the 31st. It will be co-hosted by the Gangwon Province, the Gangwon SMEs and Startups Agency, the Korea Federation of SMEs Gangwon Branch, and the Gangwon Ilbo.
A total of 18 individuals, including CEO Yoo Ki-hong of Hurev, will receive the Prime Minister's Award for their contributions to SMEs, and seven individuals will be selected for Gangwon SME Support.
