Sandol Food Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Ho-seong) held a 20th anniversary celebration on the 9th.
Since its founding in February 2004, Sandol Food, Hongcheon County's leading local enterprise, has achieved remarkable business expansion and sales growth over the past 20 years, solidifying its position as a leading company in the province.
Based on these achievements, the company has won numerous awards, including the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Centennial Enterprise (2023), the Gangwon Small and Medium Business Award Excellence Award (2022), and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Excellent Franchise Award (2021-2022), establishing itself as a model for local SMEs.

Furthermore, as Hongcheon County's first (Gangwon Province's eighth) renowned company for sharing, Sandol Foods consistently practices neighborly love by donating goods to the elderly and those in need, donating to the Community Chest of Korea, the Rose of Sharon Scholarship, and donating to the Gangwon Wildfire Relief Fund.
At the ceremony, the company commemorated its 20th anniversary by donating 10 million won each to the Community Chest of Korea and the Rose of Sharon Scholarship.
Hongcheon County Mayor Shin Young-jae, who attended the ceremony, said, "I appreciate Sandol Foods for not only dedicating its capabilities to corporate growth as an outstanding small and medium-sized enterprise in the county, but also for leading by example in giving back to the community. Hongcheon County will also do its utmost to promote various policies and projects to foster mutual growth with businesses and contribute to the local economy."
